Apartment building in Pagrati

The project involves the design of a mixed use building, consisting of a commercial property on the ground and mezzanine floor, an office space on the first floor, flats of 80 sqm meters on the next three levels and of a duplex penthouse on the last two floors. The aim was to create a functional layout in this irregular, small shaped plot. The building’s envelope with the s-shaped folding accentuates the building’s verticality.
