The project introduces a collection of modern homes designed for comfort and style, with private pools, rooftop terraces and generous outdoor areas. Each building consists of ground-floor residences with private gardens and pools and upper-floor apartments with expansive terraces. The top levels host maisonettes with exclusive roof access and swimming pools. Planters in marble finish, slim vertical elements and expansive balconies enhance the architectural identity, while natural light and open layouts create a calm residential character with a modern edge.
