The project embraces a clean and minimal geometry, emphasizing functionality and clarity in design. A bold framing element defines the façade, detaching from the street level and organizing the balconies into a unified composition.

Within this frame, wooden panels with metal structure provide both privacy from the neighboring buildings and a dynamic architectural rhythm. The combination of dark surfaces, glass railings, and natural materials creates a contemporary yet warm identity for the building.
