‘Kite Villa’ was designed to offer a quiet presence on the island of Paros: it captures the essence of Cycladic architecture while offering a relaxed, contemporary take on island living. Tailored for a lifestyle shaped by sea and sport, the villa sits moments away from Paros’ famed kite surfing shores.
The architecture blends traditional whitewashed walls, flat roofs, and clean geometric forms with a minimal aesthetic that feels both grounded and modern. Inside, an open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly to the outdoor spaces, with large windows bringing in natural light and soft coastal views.
At the back of the property, a two-bedroom guesthouse provides a cozy and private retreat for visitors. The outdoor spaces are equally captivating, with a shaded pergola that shelters a spacious lounge area, the outdoor dining and barbecue. A large water feature at the front, invites guests to take a refreshing dip while admiring the stunning sea views.
