The project comprises three distinct building volumes. The decision was made to break up the structure into separate masses in order to integrate the buildings more harmoniously into the natural terrain, as a single, larger volume would contrast sharply with the traditional architectural character of the Plaka area.

The individual building units are carefully designed to align with both the natural and architectural landscape of Plaka. Two out of the three structures are semi-subterranean (underground) and positioned at different elevations. This design approach follows the site's natural topography, allowing the buildings to be embedded into the landscape without protruding from it, minimizing visual and environmental impact while achieving seamless integration with the natural surroundings.

The above-ground volume adheres to the compositional and morphological principles of the region. Guided by architectural simplicity, it has been designed as a clean, geometric form that meets the functional needs of the residence while remaining visually unobtrusive. The building’s adaptation to the natural slope of the terrain was a conscious decision to avoid extensive excavation, fostering a harmonious relationship between architecture and landscape.

The alternating use of exposed stone masonry and light beige plaster contributes to the project's sensitive integration with the natural topography and maintains coherence with the traditional architectural language of the region.
