With a discreet presence in one of northern Athens’ quiet neighborhoods, the project consists of a series of contemporary residences developed across multiple levels. The layout follows the natural contours of the site, allowing each unit to benefit from privacy, outdoor space, and abundant natural light.
The design is guided by a clear horizontal rhythm, defined by exposed concrete slabs and articulated through the relationship between solid volumes and open spaces. Elements such as vertical panels and pergolas introduce texture and scale to the exterior, offering shade and privacy while softening the geometric clarity of the structure.
Private pools are located within the ground-floor gardens, enhancing the connection between interior and landscape and supporting a quiet, open-air way of living. On the upper levels, spacious balconies extend the living areas outward, creating opportunities for outdoor use and open views.
