At ground level, the pilotis provides access to the central shared staircase, which connects all independent units. This level also includes communal outdoor spaces with planting areas, seating zones, and decorative water features near the main stairwell and front setback of the plot.
The building has been designed with a cohesive approach, applying modern compositional principles and clean, minimal lines. Clear geometries define the layout of the floor plans, contributing to a sense of order and simplicity.
On the front façade, exposed concrete elements outline the building’s form, while U-shaped metal sections are installed along the extensions of the floor slabs, framing the balconies. These elements act as a distinctive design feature and contribute significantly to the architectural character of the façade.
Additionally, on both the front and side elevations, vertical wooden slats have been selectively placed. These elements serve a dual function — providing additional shading while also reinforcing the unified architectural expression of the building.
