Villa P represents a contemporary residential proposal characterized by clean geometry and minimal architectural expression. The façade is defined by a bold “Π-shaped” frame that detaches from the street level, organizing the exterior balconies. Within this frame, wooden decorative panels introduce both privacy and a dynamic rhythm to the central elevation. The design combines white plaster surfaces with complementary stone elements, accentuating the interplay of volumes while maintaining a restrained palette. Dark aluminum frames and glass railings ensure continuity between interior and exterior, while wooden louvers enhance privacy, shading and warmth.
