Our apartment renovation in Varkiza is featured in the Renovations special issue of Ktirio magazine. The project reimagines a top-floor apartment through a flexible layout and a system of retractable wooden panels, allowing seamless shifts between openness and privacy.
Green zones buffer the apartment from its urban surroundings, while expansive openings frame sea and mountain views. A cohesive material palette, with grey tiles, glossy finishes, and natural wood, enhances continuity, comfort and spatial depth.
